Custom-Made Items β Important Information
(Including Saddles and tack)
When purchasing custom-made saddles or tack, please be aware of the following:

Custom-made items are final sale and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturerβs fault or warranty issue.

These products are made to order and require time to be properly crafted. They are not off-the-shelf items, and we will not compromise on quality by rushing production.
Production & Delivery Timeframes

Estimated time of arrival (ETA) is provided by each brand or supplier upon customer request prior to order processing.

ETAs are estimates only, and are subject to change without notice, as they are outside of our control.

Manufacturing and shipping timeframes are dictated by the suppliers and freight companies. Country Scene Saddlery has no control over these delays.
Note: Please email us for updates and we will always do our best to keep you updated. However, production delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

We ask that customers treat our staff with respect and patience.
Abuse towards staff due to delays will not be tolerated.
Refunds and Returns on Custom Orders

NO refunds on custom-made saddles due to timeframes extending beyond the original estimate

Custom items are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

All custom saddle orders are final.
Order Cancellations & Deposits
Refund Policy
Please note:
Generally, no refunds will be issued unless special circumstances apply and are approved at our discretion.

Custom or Layby/Payment Plan orders maybe subject to a 15% non-refundable deposit / restocking fee, unless otherwise specified.

Deposits paid on cancelled orders are non-refundable.
Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis in line with our store policies, supplier guidelines, and applicable consumer laws.

Country Scene Saddlery & Pet Supplies is predominantly an online-store.however we have Shop Appointments available via request.

Maryanne and Jess both work two jobs. Please email or text with enquiries β we will respond as soon as possible.

We may be closed over public holidays and long weekends.

ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is provided upon request but is subject to change without notice.

Custom saddles and Tack take time. We will not rush production at the expense of quality.

If you do not agree with this or ETA Can Change, please do not place a custom order.
Important:
We are not saddle fitters and cannot guarantee fit. Some brands do offer a fit guarantee, and we will assist if applicable.
Order Cancellations

Custom, Layby or Payment Plan orders are subject to a 15% non-refundable deposit or restocking fee unless stated otherwise.

If you cancel a custom order after production has started, your deposit is forfeited.

No cancellations or refunds will be accepted due to ETA delays in manufacturing Delays or freight delays
- Unless special circumstances apply and are approved at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship directly from suppliers or warehouses.

Items on backorder or pre-order may take additional time.

Tracking will be provided. Please check spam folders.
We use Australia Post and private couriers. Once shipped, we are not liable for:

Insurance is optional. If you'd like to add it, please contact us before your item ships.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Express Post: ATL is mandatory.

If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for stolen or lost parcels.

If unsafe, your parcel may be held at a post office or returned to sender.
