By accepting our quote you have agreed to accept all of our terms & conditions. All users of this website agree that access to and uses of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law and our suppliers requirements.

If you do not understand or agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site or place any orders . Once Country Scene Saddlery has approved your order, if we have not received payment within 3 working days from date of order, we reserve the right to cancel your order. (My suppliers will not hold items unless we have pre-approval) As a customer if you require an item to be held please make Country Scene Saddlery aware of that BEFORE ordering. We have added a delete button if you do not require your order,.
AFTERPAY or ZIPPAY
AFTERPAY or ZIPPAY is only available on selected products up to value of $1000.00 AUD. This payment option must be pre-approved by both Country Scene Saddlery and It
AFTERPAY or ZIPPAY is at Country Scene Saddlery and
AFTERPAY or ZIPPAY discretion as to whether the customer is approved for this payment option. As part of the pre-approval process, Country Scene Saddlery will check stock availability and send an invoice stating final price inclusive of GST and postage which will be quoted on invoice. Country Scene Saddlery is a retailer who sells on behalf of our saddlers/manufacturers/wholesalers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON SHIPPING
Country Scene Saddlery has a unique postal agreement which varies dependant on our suppliers.
- In the majority of orders, items will be directly shipped from the suppliers store/ warehouse.
- Some items need to be imported into Australia and will therefore have an additional postal fee once in Australia.
Country Scene Saddlery will not be held accountable for any delays through Australia Post, Customs or private couriers.
Given our unique postal agreements there may be multiple charges on postage if items come from numerous suppliers (Country Scene Saddlery will always attempt to offer the most affordable postage option). Insured postage is offered upon customer’s request. Our suppliers /manufacturers and Country Scene Saddlery will not be held liable for any damage/loss incurred in transit if you choose not insure your product. All products leave suppliers/manufacturers in perfect condition.
Average waiting time for orders to be processed is 2 to 4 weeks we sometimes do get delays,
If you need your product by a certain date can you please notify me of this prior so we can check with suppler to make sure we can supply you in your time frame.

This applies to "AFTERPAY ZIPPAY " orders.
When checking out please select the PRE APPROVAL button (its the BEFORE you place any orders through these payment options)
I need to check the availability of stock, sizes and colours.
Once I approve your purchase I will send you a new invoice and you can then select direct link to Payment options who will make the final approval. Postage will be checked on each order as it changes to your location.
We did not have this system in place pre-August 2017 and it has cause me problems so i have had to make these changes.,

We are currently experiencing Delays with some orders, some orders are taking longer than estimated times
OUR TERMS ARE 2 to 4 weeks to get orders out even with using these payment options If you are unable to wait please do not select these payment terms and do not place orders.
It has come to my attention we have some unhappy customers due to last orders and they have been refunded or supplied their items or are in the process to be fulfilled. we also have a lot of satisfied and happy customers as well,
We have over 900 customers just in the last 12 mths and over 600 sales that we have helped and supplied Quality products to so if you would like any feed back from these customers just ask me and ill supply you.
I have had some issues lately with late or back orders for deliveries or not being able to supply products. I am working to fix this issue We also have had delays in Customs clearance, however, this was cleared .
I am in the process of refunding customers if needed or getting products out that are placed on back order and working with customers to resolve this issue,
Some customers have not given me the right to defend myself and have posted negative comments without allowing me to fulfil their orders (I am not a scammer I am just having some delays we can supply receipts of refunds that have been given.)
If you go to my website you can look at the testimonials and references that have been sent through to us from customers that have received their products and also our Terms and Conditions that we try to stay within the time frame if we can but sometimes things are out of my control and delays happen and sometimes i make mistakes but i am trying,
We have made changes to our website in the past couple of weeks to try to stop this from happening if the future. I have been trading for 17 years and only just had issues since we Added Afterpay to the website this has been the issue some customers placed orders before we could check stock and this is where this issue started so i have now refunded or in process to refund to those that are unable to wait.
Yes i am behind ,Yes i have let some customers down but this was not my intention but i will do everything with in my power to get orders processed or refunded,

I am really trying to get this all sorted and move forward so i can help those people that come to me for help, THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN OVER PAST 6 to 8 weeks ( july 2017) so those orders placed around July are experiencing some delays because we are behind.
ONCE AGAIN i have placed afterpay and Zippay to help customers but my terms of trade are legal and if this does not suit your needs well please do not place your orders.
Once i catch up i will try my best to get orders out with in a few days but i need to also catch my backorders up first and refund what i need to refund.
All i can do is apologize and do my best to get this sorted.
I have been in contact with AfterPay and also Department of fair trade and we are documenting all comments that are posted on Facebook and reviews and im doing my best to sort it all out.
SHIPPING OPTIONS SET BY SUPPLIERS AND COUNTRY SCENE SADDLERY
Freight couriers such as TNT, EMS, FEDEX, bhfcouriers
PROCESSING AND POSTAGE TIMES
New orders placed from August 2017 we are trying to
ship out as soon as payment clears. Please be aware that there may be delays in money clearing depending on the chosen payment option. For example Afterpay orders take approximately two (2) days for payment to clear.
Please allow for delays in shipping, which are sometimes out of our control. Some of our products have to be manufactured or shipped from overseas and we will not be held responsible for delays in manufacturing or shipment/postage delays, all customers will be notified of postage/ order times as a approximate time frame . Tracking numbers will be sent once they are given by suppliers.
All customers will be offered the option of express postage as well as standard postage. Some suppliers (a select few) will not send direct to customer so we will try to get them in and out as fast as we can, but please be aware of this possible delay.
" Generally Goods should be received within 14 days if in store but can take longer 2 to 4 weeks if we need to bring in from warehouse ."
PAYMENT OPTIONS AND ADDITIONAL FEES
Afterpay and ZIPPAY (see terms and conditions) (interest free) - 4x fortnightly instalments, a quarter of the total price each instalment.
Paypal: 2.9% plus 30 cents fees
Credit Cards will accrue a fee. 2.9%
Direct Bank Deposit (Newcastle Permanent/ Westpac Bank).
PRODUCT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Country Scene Saddlery has full written and verbal permission to use and post/copy/print photos and descriptions/text/ information of every product we sell. All products are listed at the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) set by our suppliers. Some items may be on back order, as stock availability is subject to change. Customers will be notified of this and must allow for these possibilities.
With handmade or custom products you enter a legally binding contract, accepting all of the above terms which are set by the manufacturer. Colours for all products in photos are a guide and may vary. If Country Scene Saddlery receives a product and it does not pass our quality check it will be sent back for replacement, which the customer will be notified about and made aware of any delays/ possible delays.
Country Scene Saddlery’s suppliers are certified and offer warranties on their products. Goods will be refunded or replaced if found defective in workmanship or material. Please choose carefully as refunds will not be given for wrong sizes, wrong colour choices or customer changing their mind. We can only cover warranties for defective workmanship or materials. Country Scene Saddlery will not be held liable for the customer changing their mind because they didn't like the colour or bought the wrong size. Country Scene Saddlery will do our best to send as many photos as possible and as much information as possible prior to processing orders. In the event of the wrong size/ colour being ordered, Country Scene Saddlery may allow an exchange of product, at the discretion of our suppliers. The customer will be held liable to pay any additional postage costs/ price differences which may occur in the exchange.
If Country Scene Saddlery receives a product (this applies to imported items) and it does not pass our quality check it will be sent back for replacement, which the customer will be notified about and made aware of any delays/ possible delays.
